DESCRIPTION |

| The automatic side sealing strapping machine mod. TL5, equipped with strapping head MS300 (Messersì patent), has been designed for the side sealing packaging of any size of palletised products, using either polypropylene or polyester strapping. The machine is provided with a mobile head which, getting in contact with the package, ensures the best strap tightening. The lower retractable bayonet (optional) ensures the best strapping also for products placed on pallet. The need to guarantee the stability of the load and to ease warehouse storage and safety during transport, all make the TL5 strapping machine an indispensable tool for correct product handling. This strapping machine can easily be inserted in fully automatic conveying lines, with no need of operator. During strap pulling, the head can move vertically, in order to compensate and apply the same tension on the package four corners, thus reducing the risk of strap tearing. The system management programm allows to make one or more strapping, according to the customer’s packaging needs: on request we can supply a guide exchange device, that allows to strap products, either on pallets or without. The quality of the components used, the easy routine maintenance and the great performance reliability, make the side sealing strapping machine TL5 the ideal solution for many sectors of industry and craft.
