DESCRIPTION
M1S semiautomatic strapping machine is characterized by an ergonomic and modern aesthetic line combined with both versatility and reliability, qualities which all machines within Messersì range share. M1S machine can strap packages of any type, also having important overall dimensions; the operator can easily use its stainless steel table plate to fill in the package before strapping it. The machine has an aluminium frame and is equipped with four castors, thus making it light and easy to move to the place required for packaging operations. MS1 semiautomatic strapping machine is built in compliance with CE rules, it ensures best performing and utmost reliability.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Usable strap from 5 to 15.5mm. Quick warm-up time: after 15 seconds only, a flashing light will stop blinking thus confirming that the machine is ready to be used. Easy and safe strap tension adjustment through an outside button: tension goes from 2 kg (light binding e.g. flowers and vegetables) to 60 kg (strong binding for heavy items). Cooling time adjusting is easily allowed, to improve strap sealing efficiency. Maximum joint efficiency. Automatic reset system, to reduce downtime.
