Specific for packaging of both synthetic and natural fibres (acrylic, polyester, tow, wool, etc…), the two Messersì strapping systems can be integrated to the press unit, second-last phase in the production cycle of this products. The two systems offered by Messersì differentiate for the strapping head, which will have tensioning capacity up to 300kg. to strap bumps and up to 700kg. to strap big bales. The strapping head Messersì (patented) in the forefront of technology, together with high quality PP and PET straps, have showed to be guarantee of safety and reliability.

PET STRAPPING

SUPERBAND Polyester strap is highly resistant, has low elongation and it is a valid alternative to steel strapping. Being the result of high technology and quality materials, Messersì PET strap is among the few ones in the market able to ensure a very high sealing efficiency: the bale is therefore 100% stable and any phase of handling and transport is safe.

Messersì polyester strap SUPERBAND is available in a wide range of sizes, from 9 to 32 mm. and can be customized with print from one up to three colours.
